MSN Toolbar: How do I delete items such as EBay, LinkedIn, and Facebook?

A toolbar on the MSN.com site shows links such as Outlook.com, LinkedIn, Store, EBay, Facebook, Skype, Maps, etc.  How do I delete items from this toolbar?  Or, as a fallback position, how do I rearrange the list so that I can see the items that I want to see listed first?

Alas, the suggestion about the Pop-up Guard does not address my issue at all.  I'm talking about the bar on the MSN home page directly below the Bing Search window/bar.  It has icons running from left to right: Outlook.com is always the first one; after that, the arrangement varies; often what I want is hidden to the right, and I need to scroll right -- such as OneDrive.  The other icons almost always visible are Store, LinkedIn, EBay, Skype, Maps, Facebook, and Rewards.  Since I never use LinkedIn, Ebay, Skype, or Facebook, I want to delete these items from that bar -- or at least relegate them to the right of the visible area.  How do I do that?

Thanks, Smittychat, for your reply.  I understand what you're saying, and I appreciate the information.  I don't like the information, but I acknowledge it.  Thank you.

    Hi,

MSN.com ribbon is "By Design" and therefore not customizable.

    Hi,

The MSN Toolbar works in conjunction with MSN Search. It is installed under the address bar of your Internet browser. It’s free, easy to use, and has many useful features. You can customize your MSN Tool by selecting Pop-up Guard settings, and icon size.
