    Hello Katrina,

May we know if you are using any third-party apps to customize the keyboard shortcuts for your device?

You may refer here in Keyboard shortcuts in Windows to view the default keyboard shortcuts for Windows 7.

We look forward to your prompt response.

    Regards.

    Hi Katrina,

Keyboard shortcut keys helps you provide an easier and usually quicker method of navigating and executing commands in computer software programs. You can try to do a system restore by following the steps below:

    1. Right-click on the Start Menu button and select Control Panel.
    2. Type Recovery on the Search Control Panel bar.
    3. Select Recovery, click on Open System Restore and click Next.
    4. Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next.
    5. Click Finish.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
