I can't find the kindle app in Windows Store

I am using Windows 8 on my laptop. Went to the website in Amazon and was asked to download the app which link me to the Windows Store.
Went through every category under Books & References but can't find it. Please help.

I'm afraid the link just takes me to a page that says view from Windows Store which I did and still can't find it. The reason why I wanted the Kindle is becos I have quite a few books there and just needed it to be sync with my laptop.
Thanks for your suggestion to use Nook.

2013-11-10T10:07:15+00:00 The Kindle App is there. I just typed the name in the Windows Store search box and it popped up. I'm using Windows 8.1 , your using Windows 8. Some Apps are ONLY available to Windows 8.1 users one being Facebook and it looks like Kindle is another one.
