Has anyone resolved the Trigger II External Graphics issues? I can't use my second monitor anymore

I uninstalled Trigger II External Graphics because I couldn't use my 2nd monitor.  Now I can't connect to the network unless I boot in safe mode with networking.  Any ideas?  I'm running Windows 7 and need both external monitors to work.  Thanks.

I have the same issue with Trigger II driver.  The Epson 90 projector has worked perfectly UNTIL the recent Microsoft update.

I have uninstalled the Trigger II driver and reinstalled it today (5/13/17).  There is a warning yellow triangle showing over the Trigger II driver icon under Device Adaptors.  I need to project charts for an upcoming meeting.  HELP!!!!

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you perform System File Checkerscan by going on this link. You can also run the SFC scan using the SFC tool that you can download here.

Keep us updated with the result.

    Hi -

When did the issue occur? - Wasn't running Trigger II until this week. This was a new install I assume from Windows update

What troubleshooting have you tried so far, aside from uninstalling your Trigger II External Graphics? Rebooted in safe mode to verify the issue was with Trigger II

Do you get any error messages? No, the monitor just stopped working so that is why I went into safe mode to verify the problem.

Were you able to use both monitors when you boot in safe mode? Yes, before I uninstalled Trigger II.

Now that I uninstalled Trigger II I can't use any monitor

Do you have latest update of Trigger II External Graphics drivers? yes and that is what caused the problem.  My other  PC does not run Trigger II - is there an alternative? I run Windows7.  Many thanks for any help you can provide.
