As the title say this virus or maybe spyware  just keep popping up no matter what i did. This link  lead to some kind of online casino game website which used to keep popping up in firefox till i delete firefox since it drove me mad. I cant even open other  or  since this popup just keep popping up per minute and can reach 25 tab in firefox before i deleted firefox out  frustation. However now i just constanly get the "how do you want  open  type of link ( http )?" popup in my screen. I have done a fullscan with superantispyware and  have deleted all files listed in it ( the virus still popup in the deletion procces ) and it just still pop up. I cant use malwarebytes ( cant connect to service ) or avast ( the setup  not done ). System restore cant open somefiles so it couldnt be completed. Tried creating new account but still getting the popup. I think the virus is aitvera setup (32 bit ). I dont know what else could be done.

Did you seek advice/assistance from your antivirus provider (Avira, AVG, Avast, McAfee, Norton, Superantispyware, etc)?

Any recent browser extensions that need to be disabled/removed that might be causing browser redirects?

Suggest you try all of the steps in this free multi-step removal guide from Malwaretips.com to include resetting your browsers: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-browser-redirect-virus/

Alternatively, you probably need a reset!

See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17085/windows-8-restore-refresh-reset-pc  Be sure your data/pics/music/etc is backed up.

    Or

You can obtain “Premium Support” from MS at http://answerdesk.microsoftstore.com

    Or

You may want to confer with a professional computer technician.

Hi le boule, thanks for the fast reply. I have just did a  refresh actually. Now my problem is how to see the list of 3rd party program or apps which has been removed during refresh. I have never installed any apps from appstore.
