If Windows doesn't have or can't find a driver that is required, then check on the support site of the manufacturer of the actual device to get the driver from them. The manufacturer of the device should provide any required drivers for it.
MS/Windows can and do supply some drivers, but you are always better off getting the latest supported device drivers for your hardware, also for your specific OS ( W7/W8/W10, 32/64 bit etc ), from the manufacturer of the device, not Microsoft.
