If Windows doesn't have or can't find a driver that is required, then check on the support site of the manufacturer of the actual device to get the driver from them. The manufacturer of the device should provide any required drivers for it.

MS/Windows can and do supply some drivers, but you are always better off getting the latest supported device drivers for your hardware, also for your specific OS ( W7/W8/W10, 32/64 bit etc ), from the manufacturer of the device, not Microsoft.

No driver for the headphones should be necessary.  What exactly does the error message say?

What is the make and specific model of your computer?

Open Device Manager (click Start, type Device Manager in the Search box, press Enter).

    • Do you see a category for "Bluetooth radios" at the top of the list?
      • If yes, are there any warning symbols next to any items in this category?
        • If yes, double click on each item with a warning symbol and provide its complete name and its "Device status"
    • In the "Network adapters" section...
      • If yes, are there any warning symbols next to any items in this category?
        • If yes, double click on each item with a warning symbol and provide its complete name and its "Device status"
    • If there are any other items with a warning icon, double-click on each and provide the complete name and Device status

Thanks for the info. I have asked Kogan for a driver for their headset DJ Pro but as yet no answer.   The windows 7 does not have a peripheral device driver for headset and cannot think of what else to do except return item and ask for one with driver. Thanks again...Jim

Check out the following article about how to update drivers, references Windows 10, but the same principles apply to Windows 7 too:
