Hi Mackenzie,
There are a lot of possible reasons why you're getting that error message. For us to determine its cause, we'd like to know the following information:
- Were there any significant changes made on your PC prior to this?
- Which browser are you using?
- Does the issue only occur with a specific browser?
- Do you have a stable internet connection? Are you connected to the internet via a wired or a wireless connection?
- Is there any third-party software installed on your PC?
Meanwhile, you might want to try the following methods for possible resolution:

Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is the language a computer uses to access the Internet. Let's try to reset it to default settings, and see if it helps:
- Press Windows key + R, and then type cmd in the Run box.
- In the Command Prompt box, type the following commands, and then press Enter:
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /all
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh int ip set dns
- netsh winsock reset
