Bill, you are really knowledgeable and I appreciate your effort. But guess what? I figured out the Win key & Prtsc & sure enough my test shot was in pic folder......but guess what? When I tried to click on the item that was showing me the star & not going to the form---I had my fingers ready to take the screen shot----and BANG the darn thing worked with no yellow star blocking me, and I got my form. Thanks again for you help. You solved it as far as i'm concerned.

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried to edit to give more detail but ms kept saying oooops. haha. Anyway heres the issue; I'm on a doctors website to down load form & it wont open. Just hear a click & see a quick yellow star. I turned off my popup blocker but still happens. Something is not allowing me to open it.
