    Have you checked the reply of DominicP posted on May 16, 2017? He mentioned that it is created over 5 years ago so the links are no longer valid. He suggested going to your regional Nuance site for support.

    When I go to this link, I get an error message when i enter the serial number for my version 10 software. Am I supposed to purchase a serial number for version 10.1?

    You need to download the 10.1 update to use DNS 10 on 64-bit Windows. http://community.nuance.com/blogs/dragon/archive/2009/03/25/dragon-preferred-and-standard-10-1-updates-for-vista-64-available-in-english.aspx

    I just tried clicking on this. Pale Moon refuses to bring it up.
