I would suggest you to follow the methods given below and check.

Method 2: Update the printer drivers and check if that helps:
You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

System, clicking Device Manager. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
- In the list of hardware categories, find the printer that you want to update, and then double-click the printer name.
- Click the Driver tab, click
Update Driver, and then follow the instructions. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If issue didn't get resolve try method 3,
**Method 3:**Perform system restore:

**Important:**When you use System Restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you installed are removed.
