What is utmp profile ? Can I delete utmp ?

Are you using UltraSurf? If so then that normally create the folder utmp on the desktop.

UTEMP file contain record of any system software which require login and logout steps

to delete it

go to folder right click on it

then goes to properties 

then attributes 

then unchecked read only

then apply and ok

know you can delete it by pressing shift+delete
