I would uninstall the printer, then re-install it. This will restore the original condition.

For some reason my HP Deskjet 2050 all-in-one J510 printer no longer shows the menu that allows for scanning. What's happened? Why can't I access this anymore??? Why the change? This makes the printer much less functional than advertised (print - copy
- scan).
