Gday, I'm trying to change mp4 to mp3 format to play on my car unit, can you do this with windows 7 in media player?

    Hey Condorus,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert .mp4 files to .mp3 files using Windows Media Player 12.

    However, there are many third party convertors which will help you to convert .mp4 files to .mp3. We suggest you to use your favorite search engine to search for the convertor at your own risk.

    i got an i-tunes card for christmas and cannot use it because i cannot convert the songs i bought to mp3s. is there any way to do this.

    you can  use sony vegas to audio edit  and make it as a mp3

    As for me, I like using the converter from https://www.coolutils.com/TotalOutlookConverter for such a purpose. It will help you convert all the files fast and without any loss at all. Check it out, you will surely like how it works too

    HI Condorus, I tried several third party converters and they all seemed to work., but then they left the copies anywhere on the computer they felt like. Do you or anyone reading this know of a converter that just converts?   Thanks for any help   Ian
