How to fix corrupt payloads?

I ran DISM restorehealth and these were the results:

    Hi thanks for you reply. I ran winver.exe and got:

    Microsoft Windows Version 6.3 (Build 9600) 2013 Microsoft Corporation

    It's a Windows 8.1 Pro operating system.

    11.0.9600.18739_none

    That looks ancient (and I'm not even sure if it is from any version of W10).  What version of Windows are you running?  Run... winver.exe  to find out.
