Because you are running Windows 8.0, you will need to perform an offline upgrade using the ISO file or upgrade to Windows 8.1 with Update 1 first.

if i want to update my system to windows 10,can i use a cd ,which i bought from shop???

the cd contains a product key too,but while inserting product key,the product key is not accepted sometimes,they say the product is blocked,what should one do to overcome this situation???

The installation CD that you bought from the shop will not work as it's not updated. We suggest that you follow the recommendations of Andre Da Costa provided in the previous post if you want to upgrade your system to Windows 10.
