    Hi****Anthony,

Here are the shortcut keys to enable or disable the flip screen

    For normal windows: Ctrl + Alt + <Up arrow>

    For 180 degrees:  Ctrl + Alt + <Down arrow>

However, these are default shortcuts for Intel Extreme Graphics Controller, and you can change them. To check / change or disable these keys go to control panel–>Intel Extreme Graphics–>Hot Keys.

    Hope this information helps.

The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video
card, to help it work with monitors that rotate to portrait
orientation. Almost certainly you accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and
    some arrow key.
Rotate it back using those keys.

"Oh hell that was so simple", now you want to see what happened to my computer desk as I have a very sore neck I had to turn the monitor upside down to read and it is 23" and everything was cleared onto the floor ah well we learn something new every day, the next time do not place IPad on top of Keyboard, I am sat here and I don't know whither to laugh or cry. "Ctrl, Alt and up or down key" may be a laugh would be much better. At least somebody will get a good laugh if nothing else.
