It was working fine , then suddenly it tells me connection failed with the following message that I attached. I uninstall the software of the USB and re-install it, and I uninstalled the anti-virus, but nothing changes. It tells me the same message.

There could have been some changes made on the computer that causes the connectivity to act up. However, for us to isolate the concern, we need to know more information. Can you provide us the answers to these following questions:

    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve your concern?
    • Were there any changes made on the computer prior to your concern?
    • When was the last time you were able to connect to your network?
    • Is it the same with other devices?
    • What is the exact error message your getting?
    • Can you provide us a screenshot of the said error?

We're looking forward to your response.
