Disable "Print" dialog box in Windows 7

I'm trying to disable the notification dialog box prompted by the printer while printing. I unchecked the notification flags in "Print Servers" and set the printer as the default one. However, this did not disable the dialog box.

Is there anything else I'm required to do? Followed this question for reference: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows\_7-desktop/turn-off-printer-notification/da276f9d-a89e-48e0-8ee3-a1c2e4ba3ac7

    Hi,

"Have you tried the other solutions posted on that thread?"

    Yes. Followed these instructions:

"Have you recently updated your printer's driver?"

    No

*"*What is the make & model of your printer?"

Zebra GK420d. Also, isn't this a property of the OS and has nothing to do with the printer manufacturer? Even if I have the "default" printers like "Microsoft XPS Document Writer", it still shows the notification.

The printer is connected through USB.

    Thank You
