Hi,

I have Insignia tablet NS-P11W6100. Few days back I got an icon of windows upgrade assistance and I upgrade my windows 10 to latest version and after upgrade I am facing a lots of issues and before posting here I search for every issue online but nothing help me. even the similar issues people posted on Microsoft community did not help me, so I decided to post here.

after update my Broadcom 802.11abgn Wireless SDIO Adapteralways has a yellow triangle on it no mater what driver I umy soundis not working, red cross on volume icon in taskbar, and no sound device shows in device manager.

my touch screen is not working, and againhid- compliant touch screenis also not showing in device manager.

and worst thing is I accidently delete windows.old folder from c drive, so can't even roll back to old version, where all thing are working perfect.

And one more thing my battery icon is also not show in taskbar. even after uninstalling and then installing Microsoft AC Adapter

TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THESE ISSUES. OR WHEN MICROSOFT FIX THESE PROBLEMS.

Factory reset would be the last option here. For tablets, they have like combination of buttons like Power + Volume in a certain time of start up.

Contact Insignia for further help regarding on how you can access the recovery area of your tablet to do a factory reset.

    Hi LiOnAgE,

Based from your post, I don't think that there's still something that we can do to resolve your issue. But, you may contact Insignia Support if they can still do something about your concern.

Refer to this link for Insignia Support.

    Regards.

hello, I own the same machine and actually answering this on it.....If you email me directly I will forward a full set of the drivers for that machine and the sound and touch screen is fixable easily, as for the Broadcom Wireless controler, good luck with that, I actually went out and bought a mini wifi dongle and it runs great, I got a mini USB adapter and can still use it as a tablet.  I love the machine but Insignia will not help you with this.  I went through hours of phone calls and searches before I was finally found a set of drivers for this machine.  However still after everything humanly possible still cannot get the Broadcom to function normally.......So email me at the email below and I will be happy to forward the drivers I have to you.....thanks again...
