Gaming Mouse software installation issue

Hi everyone

I've been purchased a gaming mouse called White Shark Caesar i plugged in to a USB port and it works fine but when im trying to install the software to it i got an error message like that: 

Application Error

Exception EReadError in module Caesar.exe at 00022207.

Error reading Edt_InsertDelay.Text: '0.05' is not a valid floating point value. 

I tried everything what i know but nothing worked please help me how to solve this.

    Hi!

    I have the same problem. Not with Ceaser, but Marcus. The company is same so I think it's not the computer's fault. I will try to contact the Shark Gaming and find a solution.

    Yes I am having the same issue. This is the error I'm getting.And Yes, i tried it wtih another computer and it still didnt work

    • Were there any updates made on your computer prior to this concern?
    • When you say "I tried everything", what troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve this?

    Hi 

    First of all thank you very much for your answer but the problem is already solved for now the BIOS battery dead on my motherboard and the program seems like can't synchronise with my computer after i chenge it to a factory new everything works fine thank you again.
