After the Oct 10 update, my TOR Browser will not open.  Worked perfectly on FireFox before the update.

A recent update might have caused it.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: appwiz.cpl

    Hit Enter

    Click View installed updates

    Select the recent update

(This is the update you want to uninstall kb4041676)

Right click it then click uninstall.

Try uninstalling the update to see if it restores functionality.

No.  I'm going to perform a Windows 10 reinstall to see if that fixes the problem.  TOR works on my laptop OK.

Yes.  Including clearing all old files as well, and internet history.  Still will not open.

Andre, thank you.  But that didn't work.  However the uninstall did advise that not all of the upgrade was removed.

Any other ideas?  It is not the firewall - i've checked.
