    Hi,

    A software application is needed when connecting a device to another device. The software application is either provided by the device manufacturer or downloadable on their website. We'd like to know where do you want to connect the device.

    Also, we recommend getting in touch with the device manufacturer's support or visit their official page for instructions on ways to use the device and have a better source of information for product-specific inquiries.
