Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Collection Missing Tank option

I recently bought Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection and installed it fine on my laptop which runs on Windows 10. Everything in the game works, except that I am unable to build tanks for marine animals as part of the Marine Mania expansion pack. All the animals still show up for adoption as well as their enrichment/food etc, but I can't build them a tank.

Do I need to uninstall it then install it again? Or should I buy the Marine Mania expansion pack and try installing that to see if it fixes the problem? Please help!

    Physical copy, also tried downloaded copy.

    No error messages during install or game play.

    Tried different networks and multiple installations.

    I am not experiencing problems with my other games, definitely not a network issue.

    To be clear, the Marine Mania expansion did install an the files need are there, but they did not unzip correctly for a few of them.

    Those files being x300_000.z2f    x301_000.z2f     x302_000.z2f

    x 301 contains the files for the Marine Mania Biomes and Tanks, you  can see that when you unzip the files manually.

    Once you do that however it still doesn't work, it hasn't been installed, so even though the files are there the game can't read them.

    If you unzip all of them, which they are supposed to do during installation, the game crashes once it hits the main menu.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I just bought Zoo Tycoon 2 Ultimate Collection from Amazon and I'm having the same exact problem. I'e redownloaded it a bunch and I'm still missing the tank tab. I really hope there is a fix to this.

    I'm having the same problem. My laptop has Windows 10, I have the physical disc, and there is no tank option. other online games are fine, and there have been no error messages in game. Is there any sort of patch or fix for this?
