    Hi,

The web address or IP address you posted can come from different applications or websites that you viewed. For us to resolve your concern, kindly answer the questions below:

Thanks for providing the details we requested. Since mentioned that the website or IP address is constantly showing up in the proxy settings of your computer, we would like to verify if you installed any VPN applications that require a manual proxy configuration or any other application that requires the same to be configured? As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you run the Microsoft safety scanner tool that is designed to find and remove malware from Windows computers available on this link.

    Regards.

I'm using a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows 8.1

The IP address came up repeatedly when I used a Virus Cleaning tool as responsible for blocking access to the internet

The address was given in the results of the clean-up and is in the manual network proxy settings. I have overrode the setting and have to delete it every time I start the computer. I would like to delete it permanently

It may have been part of an App I did not recognise and have since deleted USATV  but not absolutely sure.

Certain that it it is this address that is causing me so many problems
