My task bar is half way up my desk top, how can I reset it back to the original size?

My taskbar is half way up my desktop screen, how can I reset it to the original size at the bottom?

Right click on it and unlock it. Then get the double arrow on the top edge and drag it down to the size you want. Re-lock it.
