Network adaptors for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

I  have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. I have recently reinstalled windows 7 64 bit.  After installation i tried to connect to the network . And my pc is connected to the router. But it is recommending me to install network adapters and then try. But i am not able to get network adaptors anywhere . And i dont know how to install them .   So i need ur help.......

    Hi,

    One of the possible reason why you are experiencing an issue with connecting your Windows 7 device into a network is due to a corrupted network adapter driver. To address this concern, we suggest repairing your device's network adapter driver. To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Click on Start and then type device manager.
    2. Select Device Manager from the search results.
    3. Look for Network adapters and then click the plus icon at the right side of it.
    4. Right-click on the network adapter and then choose Uninstall. Wait for the process to be completed.
    5. Restart your computer. This will automatically reinstall the most updated network adapter driver for your device.
    6. Check if the same issue persists.

    Update us with the results.

    Please provide the complete text of the error message.

    The procedure suggested by Darleen Pen may or may not work.  If it doesn't, please provide the following information:

    • The name and specific model of your computer.  If you have a Dell, what is your Dell Service tag (see label on computer)?  If you have a Lenovo, what is your machine type/model (label on the bottom)?  If you have an HP computer, what is its serial number?
    • Follow the first 3 steps of the procedure suggested by Darleen Pen, and then provide the complete name of ever item listed in the "Network Adapter" section
