it is not a recent problem and i really dont want to reset my computer , even so i cant sure it can be fixed or not

as the title mention the icon become transparent/missing if i open the container

im not sure if something corrupted or some other program affected it

but it only happened on the "large and extra large icons"

here is how it look like

open container with large/extra large icons :                                    https://i.imgur.com/7JXdaIB.jpg

open container with small icons :                                                       https://i.imgur.com/Qiy96QV.jpg

switch icon size form small to large :                                                 https://i.imgur.com/MnoxJK1.jpg

switch icon size form medium to large :                                            https://i.imgur.com/oIlyJgR.jpg

switch icon size form other to large two time :                                 https://i.imgur.com/SatHABy.jpg

press F5 while theres any icon while on large or extra large icons : https://i.imgur.com/Chicm6V.jpg

it also happens while seclecting Desktop Background :                   https://i.imgur.com/pk2c4IC.jpg

mention that "every file except photo/video" that the icon size is bigger that medium will result

also , i've try many things before ↓

unchecked "always show icons , never thumbnail" / checked"display the icon on thumbnail" on view/options menu

checked "save taskbar thumbnail previews" and ****"show thumbnail instead of icon" on system/advenced system settings

tried : clean cache on %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer ///// delete AppData\Local\IconCache.db

using cleanmgr / creat a new account / disable **"**Turn off Taskbar Thumbnails" in gpedit.msc

sadly none of above works..

what else can i do , to fix this , or should i really try refreshing my windows?

EDIT:i'veuse sfc /scannow  and find no corrputed file
