Connecting my Samsung Level U Bluetooth device to my laptop

Hello,

I am trying to connect my Samsung Level U Bluetooth headphone to my laptop so i can use it for skype application. 

I used Bluetooth menu --> connect a device --> my device appeared on the list of devices and i added. it did the standard installing device routine. but the bluetooth device is not working and i can't hear any audio. When i see the properties, there are the following errors as shown in the picture. 

Can you help me solving this problem?

    Hi,

    It seems that you don't have Bluetooth drivers on your PC. We recommend contacting your computer manufacturer to assist you in installing the Bluetooth drivers on your PC. You need to have it installed for you to use your Bluetooth device on your laptop.
