How do I install realtek audio driver? (Realtek installation failure)

I accidentally uninstalled realtek audio driver, and I'm now trying to reinstall it, however, I'm getting errors. 

My desktop is Inspiron 3650, and i tried to install Realtek High definition audio driver from Dell website.

Below is the installation log

    No, Realtek audio device is not listed under Sound, Video and game controllers.

    are you able to restore your Operating System to a system restore point before you unistalled the audio drivers?

    Okay. The next step would be to try installing the Sound drivers from the manufacturer's website. If that doesn't work, you can also try the stock one from here:

    www.realtek.com.tw/

    The only disadvantage downloading from Realtek offers is that it wouldn't be able to provide you sound customisations Dell made.

    Open device manager by typing in devmgmt.msc in run dialog box. Further,

    Is the Realtek audio device listed under Sound, Video and game controllers?

    If yes, Right click it and select properties. What is the status currently of the drivers?
