You said you had a 4TB working.  Is it that full?

    Dear Sir,

I also contacted WD support. They said I have to take back up and format it. But I don't have another 2TB storage to backup.

It needs to be reformatted. If you still have the Windows 7 computer up and running and it can read this drive you night want to transfer the data to the 4TB drive and then reformat the 2TB drive to NTFS. and re partition and transfer the data back to the 2TB drive.

I also notice that you do not show the 4TB drive being attached.
