I can't get my printer print, and I was told that their might not be a driver released.  When I purchased my PC I had Windows 7 but now Windows 10. Can anyone help me.

We are volunteers willing to help you try to resolve this issue.

As OEM the Printer Maker is responsible for the proper operation of the printer and their supplied drivers. Check with the Printer Maker's Support, their on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums.

Good chance you need to update or re-install the latest available driver.

So if there are no Windows 10 versions select the latest available.

There are Windows 10 drivers for both versions of the OfficeJet 6500.

Be sure to set these to 32 bit if needed.

I have found out that I will have to buy a new printer because my printer is to old for Windows or HP to have a driver tor it.

    Thanks
