Boot Camp Control Panel Missing

After I installed Windows 10 here in my mac, I wasn't able to finish the download for the drivers for the boot camp because my mac restarted. I cannot go back to mac because of the missing boot camp manager. Help?

    Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Option key until the boot menu appears, select the macOS drive then hit Enter.

    You should also check to make sure its not missing:
