can i run windows 7 pro on azure

Hi All,

Azure does not provided Windows 7 Pro Image. So there is an option on creating custom image of windows 7 Pro and uploading.

Windows 7 pro which is going to be hosted on azure is licensed with MSDN or pay as you go option.

Is this valid in terms of licensing...???

Am not able to find any licensing details on azure website related to this.

can any one help me on this.

Yes, it does, but I only notice Windows 7 Enterprise N and Windows 8.1 Enterprise N are the supported images available:
