    Hi,

If one of the keyboard shortcut keys isn’t providing the appropriate value, it’s possible that a software conflict has occurred. This can also be related to an outdated driver. Just to confirm, is that the only shortcut key that shows a different result?

To isolate this concern, we suggest that you perform a clean boot. This troubleshooting technique will help us identify if there are conflicts that may be causing this kind of behavior with the shortcut key. Please click here for the steps. Once you’re in the clean boot state, try again to press the ALT key + 8322 and see if it will provide you the correct value.

Note: After the troubleshooting, refer to this section: “How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting” on the same support article to boot the computer in normal setup once the issue has been resolved.

Let us know the outcome after performing the clean boot.

    I meant 8322, not 08322
