I've followed the instructions in your forum article BSOD Finding and fixing them. My PC has started getting BSODs regularly, sometimes several times a day. It's usually Bad Pool Header, but today I got Driver Corrupted Expool. I've zipped the last three minidumps and uploaded them to

I'm grateful for any help you can give me - is there anything else I can do?

    Hi Paul,

Driver Corrupted Expool error may occur from a corrupted driver system pool.

To better assist you, can you tell us if there's a hex error code associated with the error?

As an initial troubleshooting step, find the problematic driver and uninstall it:

    1. Go to Device Manager.
    2. Expand all categories and find the driver that has a yellow exclamation mark.
    3. Right-click on the problematic driver and select Uninstall.
    4. Restart your computer. Windows will automatically reinstall that driver.

If the issue still persists, update the driver directly from the device manufacturer's website.

Update us with the outcome so we can provide further assistance.

The Driver Corrupted Expool error appears to be caused by the networx.sys:

    BugCheck C5, {0, 2, 0, fffff800c030ea75}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for networx.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for networx.sys

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for win32k.sys

    Probably caused by : tdx.sys ( tdx!TdxTdiDispatchCreate+10d )

Try temporarily uninstalling Networx and see if the BSODs resolve.

    Hi Arjay,

This is the error information I got:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000c5 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff800c030ea75). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 24c41403-56b9-4854-bd34-94ec5c4e0efd.

I've expanded all the categories in Device Manager, and no driver has a yellow exclamation mark.

Error info from the previous BSODs was:

    The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff8035065f348, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 2e9506f0-0be4-4d96-8d3d-34fd38c1babd.

    The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x000000000000000d, 0xffffba00b2cdf280, 0xfffffff600000006, 0xdd937a75f6aef910). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 82e25991-218f-439c-a779-b110d899530c.

That there is a networx.sys in the Windows\System32\drivers is not an issue as long as the driver is not being loaded.

You can check for drivers here:

Start > type msinfo and then click on "System Information Desktop app" > expand Software environment > click on System Drivers

In the right window under "Name" is networx listed ?

Thanks auggy. I've uninstalled the program Networx but there's still networx.sys in Windows\System32\drivers.
