If there wasn't a transceiver included, Microsoft says:
If your computer includes a built-in Bluetooth transceiver or if you have an external USB Bluetooth transceiver, you may be able to use it to connect your device without using a Microsoft USB transceiver.

I gave the mouse in the original packaging to my daughter it seems pretty straightforward she tried to install it but threw away the packaging along with the manual.
Its the 1737 model.
Sorry everyone i grabbed an old usb wireless mouse by mistake. Problem solved.
