This can occur if there are software conflicts. To help you resolve the issue, we suggest following the steps below:
- On the search, type msconfig, select System Configurationfrom the list, then press Enter.
You might be prompter for the UAC credentials to continue. 2. Under the General tab, select Selective Startup then click to clear the Load Startup Items check box. 3. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All. 4. Click OK then restart your computer.
