MSN Games Manager (IPlay)

I signed up for the All Access program through MSN Games Manager this year.  I was purchasing games at $6.95 per game.  Should have continued that way.  I was playing the All Access Games without issue until about a week ago - now I cannot play any of the All Access Games as when it loads up - I get a message from Microsoft indicating that there is something wrong with the site and that they are checking on the problem - yet I never get any response from Microsoft and I have yet to hear back from MSN Games Manager.  I feel as though my $10.99 per month for all access games is useless.  Additionally I was told by the people at IPLay MSN Games Manager that all the games I previously bought and paid for through MSN will not be supported - I am on my own.  Apparently this company re-established itself under a new domain and the rules have changed.  They do not have to support any previously downloaded games.  I am not happy with Microsoft nor IPlay MSN Games Manager - but what choice do I have.

I still have this problem and no response from MSN Games Manager.  I decided to cancel as this is worst case of customer service ever -  I made such a big mistake signing up for the All Access Program..........what is the saying?  If it aint broke - don't fix it" that would be me.  I also made the huge mistake of contacting "Adam" at the Microsoft Technical Dept. via Live Chat.  After he assured me that he could repair the problem and I gave him remote access - he then went through  15 minute or so "remote analysis and asked if I wanted to have him fix all the problems.  I almost agreed but for the second time during this conversation, I wanted to be sure that I wasn't going to be charged - he said no I wasn't but just before he was ready to make the repairs, he came back with options A, B, or C  including charges of $149.99, 299.99 or 399.99 for repair of the computer.  I declined any option and he then went to his "supervisor" and was able to lower the price to 69.99 - but I still declined because I felt this was a very misleading way of Microsoft to make money.  Now I am left with a few games (I had like 72 games that i had previously purchased) that I can still play and am a very dissatisfied customer looking to cancel my game membership.  I might also mention that "Adam" also indicated that my computer was probably going to crash at any moment due to the issues I was having. - It hasn't crashed yet........here is the site that I believe is part of the Microsoft Tech. Service.   "+Support-Log Me In Rescue".

Anyway thanks for listening - and for at least checking back.
