BLE Genius Mouse driver error

After upgrading from 32 to 64bit windows my Genius mouse NX-9000BT no longer works.It gives a driver error. I've tried all the troubleshooters and want to know if you are looking at this and when you will correct this issue?

    This answer is useless, as it needs to have the Bluetooth connection properly working...

    1. Please download FW upgrade tool from http://download.geniusnet.com.tw/2017/NX-9000BT%20FW%20Upgrade%20Tool.rar
    2. FW Upgrade Tool.rar and follow steps to solve it.

    Realizaré los pasos, y confirmaré por aquí si se resuelve el problema. Por ahora debo conseguir un equipo con windows no actualizado.

    It worked for me. I had to find another laptop with windows 7 and Bluetooth, then I followed the steps, upgrading mouse firmaware. Finally I tested again in my windows 10 and works well since then. Sorry about my English and good luck.

    The device cannot start. (Code 10)

    An internal error occurred 

    Under device manager it shows that the latest driver is installed but not compatible. 

    If tried removing and reinstalling the device. 

    Updating drivers

    Windows update

    Searching online for drivers

    Went through the windows hardware troubleshooter diagnostic tool

    It worked for me. I had to find another laptop with windows 7 and Bluetooth, then I followed the steps, upgrading mouse firmaware. Finally I tested again in my windows 10 and works well since then. Sorry about my English and good luck.

    I connected to an older notebook, instaled FW, now works good!

    It's kind of silly workaround (I think about home users going door to door on neighbours finding an "old" win 10)
