BLE Genius Mouse driver error

After upgrading from 32 to 64bit windows my Genius mouse NX-9000BT no longer works.It gives a driver error. I've tried all the troubleshooters and want to know if you are looking at this and when you will correct this issue?

    Realmente es muy mala su respuesta, no entiendo porque insisten en seguir ignorando este tema que trae meses con respuestas que hacen "como si no se supiera de que hablamos". Tenía la versión 1511 de Windows 10 Pro y mi mouse funcionaba perfectamente, al actualizar a nuevas versiones este dejó de funcionar y no hubo forma que no sea reinstalar el sistema y evitar como sea las actualizaciones automáticas. Por favor necesito utilizar mi mouse Genius NX9000BT y seguir actualizando Windows 10 como hice hasta ahora. UNA SOLUCION POR FAVOR!!!! Gracias.

    1. Please download FW upgrade tool from http://download.geniusnet.com.tw/2017/NX-9000BT%20FW%20Upgrade%20Tool.rar
    2. FW Upgrade Tool.rar and follow steps to solve it.

    Since the issue started after upgrading your Windows version, this issue might be caused by incompatible programs or software running on your computer.
