Try this work around.
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > sign-in options
Scroll down to Privacy
Toggle off
Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart.

hello, when I restart my pc when my task manager is open, after restarting it, task manager automatically starts. I have fall creators update installed. is that feature, a bug?
