Hi everyone.

have tecno winpad 2 Wich was running Windows 10 home 32bit. Wishing to upgrade to win 10 pro, it started showing Blue screen with the message "ACPI BIOS ERROR". It keeps showing this whenever I try to install using bootable USB flush. Yet the same USB flush is able to boot properly on other UEFI based laptops.

The winpad has 2gb Ram and Intel atom processor.

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your reply Andre.

The winpad seems to require a fresh install because when i start it without bootable USB drive it brings the message "no bootable device, Hit any key." When i hit any key it brings the options: continue, boot manager, device manager, Boot from file, administer secure boot and setup utility.

Disable secure boot, then try booting from the USB then try formatting the drive.

Don't perform a clean install, use the product key for your Windows 10 Pro license instead.

If its a Windows 10 Pro OEM key, do the following:

Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro using the following default product key:

Review instructions how to perform an Easy Upgrade using the default key:

After upgrading, proceed to enter the Windows 10 Pro product key.

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Change the product key then enter the new product key then click Next to Activate
