How can I install FrontPage 2000 on my new computer that uses Windows 10?

I have the original purchased disc and the Product Key, but part way though the installation I get an incomprehensible error message and it will not finish the installation.

The program has been running fine on my older computer also running Windows 10

I  need the program to maintain webs for two volunteer groups.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to install it with the program compatibility trouble shooter. I know it works with office 2000 as a package but the minute you install a later version of office, when you want to use it has to re install itself so you have leave the 285mb of files it recommends you leave on the drive. Perhaps if you are running a later version of office you uninstall it and install FrontPage 2000 and then reinstall office.

Hope this works for you it did for me.

I was able to get it working on Windows 10, but the version you are running might not be compatible with Windows 10 later versions.

    Give compatibility mode a try:

You could run the application on a compatible version of Windows in a virtual machine too as an option:
