Did you apply a password to the BIOS? If you have, you are gonna need it in order to enter the BIOS and make changes.

If there is a BIOS password, you will need manually reset it in order to get back into the BIOS. Learn how to do that:

Hi Russell. I'm Greg, a volunteer and 8 year WIndows MVP here to help you.

Unless you set up a BIOS password - which is usually only done by corporations to lock down their property - then you can use the key to press while starting the PC here: https://www.mydigitallife.net/comprehensive-lis...

If this is the new UEFI that replaces BIOS it might need these steps to enter: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-password/four-...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
