fromDOCtoPDF became installed, I do not like it and would like to remove it, what is best method?

    Hi Steve, open Control Panel - Programs and Features

    Uninstall DocToPDF from there

    Then download ADWCleaner from the link below, run a scan with that to remove all remnants of DocToPDF

    Restart your PC

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: appwiz.cpl

    Hit Enter

    Scroll through the list then select DOCtoPDF

    Click Change/uninstall on the command bar and follow the on screen instructions to remove it.

    Here are steps to help remove the browser extension:

    Remove FromDocToPDF by MyWay

    For future reference in Windows 10 Microsoft gives this ability on the Print menu to print any document to a PDF file.

    You can also use CutePDF for safe conversion.
