Age Verification for Live.Xbox.com

Hi

I am trying to play Call of Duty WWII (COD WWII) and when I try to play, it is requiring me to do some kind of age verification; however, when I click "Verify Age" it links me to this third party Korean website, which has only Korean language and requires a Korean phone number.  I have been trying to change my region and it seems like my region is set for California, so I have no idea why it would ask me to verify (let alone in Korean).

I have no idea how to read all this Korean so it would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me into the direction on how to solve this problem.

I've looked online, and it seems like many people are failing to fix this?
