Hi Ahmad. I'm Greg, a volunteer and 8 year WIndows MVP here to help you.
If file system problems caused Disk Check to have to recover sectors then any files which were victim of this are not recoverable. This is a reason why Your files should always be backed up if you value them at all because the hard drive can die at any time. You can drag 5gb for free into Onedrive app to store in the cloud where they are safe from fire and theft. If you install Google Drive, you can use their new Backup to choose User folders (Documents, Pictures, etc.) to sync up to 15g for free to their cloud. Or you can drag or copy them to a USB external or flash drive.
What I'd be most concerned about now is if the drive is failing. Back up all data first, and then run drive diagnostics on it from the manufacturer. If yours doesn't have its own diagnostics, or this is not an HP or Dell with build in diagnostics bootable from the ESC (HP) or F12 (Dell) keys, use Seatools which works on all brands: http://blog.nowherelan.com/2013/04/04/boot-seat...
If the drive is failing I would replace it soon, ideally with an SSD which is the best upgrade you can have - lightning fast, faster than a new higher-end PC without one. Do the install in this link to have the very best install of Windows that has no reported issues after hundreds of thousands of uses: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...
I would be very surprised if the drive is not failing, and would not depend on it again anyway.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
