I am consistently getting failed update messages for this security update. I've just looked back through the log and there have 2 attempts every day this month, practically every day in October and going back to August.
This has cost me a fortune in going over data limits, as as consistent 5GB failure soon adds up, especially with multiple attempts to update.
Clearly this doesn't update, but the 'restart to instal' update time does cost me an hour or so's work every day.
How can this be so inefficient and ineffective? Everything is set to recommended, so Windows, what are you going to do?

The update on this is that none of suggestions worked, the latest 2 enforced updates which I can't stop now mean I can't even start my laptop. How can a professional organisation do something so badly?!
