    We are volunteers willing to help you try to resolve this issue.

    Is that a USB WiFi Adapter? If so you will need to contact the maker's support.

    Right Click Start Button - Device Manager

    If it shows in Device Manager - Network Adapters - click on it - Drivers tab - Update driver - OK.

    Please let us know the results and if you need further assistance.

    I have the same problem,

    I updated the drivers as you mentioned but still in the REALTEK 11n USB wireless LAN Utility, shows that no adapter is found. Please help!

    Try installing the driver again from here. The setup utility would first uninstall the older one if exists and then install the latest one:
