Hey all! I cannot seem to get the Touch Mouse to work with Windows 10. The Mouse and Keyboard Center will recognize it as Arc Touch Mouse, which it is NOT. Plus, I cannot move the cursor or click using the mouse. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just tried to connect it to another computer. It also detected it as "Arc-Touch Mouse".

    Hi,

The issue you're experiencing is probably due to faulty hardware or faulty device driver. Have you tried connecting the Touch Mouse on a different computer? If you haven't, we suggest that you do. Doing so will help us to further isolate the issue.

Your reply is most important for us to assist you accordingly.

It's the "Microsoft Touch Mouse with bluetrack technology" (3KJ-00019).

We appreciate you providing us that information.

Learning that gives us the idea that there must be something going on with your touch mouse device. That being said, can you give us the make and model of the device?

We'll be waiting for your response.

Is your touch mouse a recently purchased device? If not, when did the issue start? What were the recent changes made before it started not working?

We're looking forward to your reply.
